Important Announcement from Loot Cave
After just over 3 years the time has come to close the doors at Loot Cave Times have been challenging of late and we feel now is the best time to exit the business, to leave while we are ahead so to speak. James (the owner) is not going anywhere and will remain an active part of the community, but simply as a collector like all of you.
I have always said that Loot Cave has the best customers and i still believe that today. Your unwavering support has been phenomenal and its this support that is one of the reasons we want to ensure we exit the business right.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY ORDERS?
We intend to have all orders supplied or refunded by the end of January
Our lines of communication will remain open during this time, so do not desitate to reach out to us if needed.
Pre-Orders:
If you have a pre order with a long ETA we will most likley need to refund you, we will be working through orders over the coming weeks (Excluding Xmas) and determining whether we can supply the items in a timely manner.
In Stock / Due Soon ETA
We are currently working through a massive backlog of orders; we have gotten a shipment of stock recently and another one is arriving soon. These orders WILL be supplied to you and may involve us splitting your order and shipping in stock items while refunding items which are not arriving dor some time.
Imports (including Coraline Series Pops)
We have had an import shipment arrive yesterday which we are working through at present, another is due in January. All exiting pre orders for imports WILL BE SUPPLED as items have been ordered and paid for. Import terms and conditions will remain in effect and as such no import orders can be cancelled at this stage.
New Items:
As of 20/12/2024 We will not be adding any new items to our site and will over the next couple of days be archiving the items on the site. Our Mega Mystery Boxes will remain as this is a huge bargain for you and a massive help for us in clearing out the warehouse of our excess stock.
We are aware that other stores in the past when they have closed have left the community high and dry. LOOT CAVE WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEM! We plan to ensure EVERY CUSTOMER is made whole whether by getting their items or being refunded. This process will take us a couple of weeks and with Xmas time approaching it will be affected by shutdowns and holidays. We ask for your PATIENCE and allow us time to process everyone’s orders/refunds. We also request at this time that you DO NOT initiate a chargeback through any payment providers as doing so could result in our accounts being locked and us being prevented from refunding people. I know it’s a lot to ask, but we do request your patience and allow us this time to resolve everyone’s orders.
