Pre Order and Special Order Policies

Pre Orders:
When an item is pre order it will be listed on our site with the preface (PRE ORDER) before the item name. This means the item will be released at a later date (the date will be shown on the item page) 

Placing an order that contains any pre order item will mean that this order will be held until all items are in stock. You can avoid having your order held by placing seperate orders for items, this will mean they will be shipped as they come into stock and the order is completed.

Alternativley you can choose to place an order for PICK UP. Choosing Pick Up will mean you will be notified as each item arrives into stock. You can then collect at your lesuire as per our pick-up procedure (see below) 

Pre Order ETA's are determined by our supplier and are subject to change at any time. We will endeavour to update ETA's as soon as we know they have changed but from time to time the ETA displayed on our website will be earlier than the actual release date. 

Should you wish to cancel a Pre-Order you are welcome to do so at any time. We do not charge a cancealtioin fee for doing so but we are not always able to offer a cash refund. We may at our discresion offer you a store credit (with no expiry) or alternativley you can choose to swap your pre order for an in-stock item. NOTE: Chase Cases and Special-order items cannot be cancelled due to change of mind. 

Pick Up Procedure:
Pick up's need to be booked as we operate from a residential premises. Please contact us via our usual channels (Facebook, Instagram or by SMS) quoting your order number and when you would like to collect. Please ensure you pick a time that you can meet as we will not be able to wait should you be significantly later than the agreed time. Photo ID is required at time of collection without exception. If you wish for someonone to collect on your behalf an "Authority to collect" form will be required to be completed.

Some items are "Subject to Allocation" what this means is that while we can order any amount we like from the supplier, they have indicated that item maybe limited and we may get less supplied to us. Any item that is subject to allocation will have as such clearly stated in the description of the item. If we are not provided enough items to fufull our pre orders in full we will fulfill orders on a first come first served basis. Once our allocation is exhausted and we have been advised we cannot expect any more stock we will contact you to offer a full refund or a store credit.
If an item is Subject To Allocation our reccomendation is to get your order in as quick as you can to ensure you are supplied your chosen item. 

Sale Limits:
We resere the right to limit purchase quantities of certain rarer or low supply items. This will be clearly stated on the website at time of purchase. While the website may allow you to purchase more than the set limit please be advsied that our policy will over ride any larger quantity. If you purchase a larger quantity than permitted we will fufill orders (including yours) placed first up to the set limit. Once all these orders are fufilled if additional stock remains your order we (at our discresion) may add additional items up to your ordered quantity. If we are unable to do this you will be refunded the difference, please note if refudning a portion of your order takles your total order below our free shipping threshold we will refund your order minus any relevant shipping fees that would off applied. 

Special Orders:
A special order is an order for an item that has no ETA or is not generally stocked by Loot Cave. We can place orders on your behalf at any time however please be aware that special orders cannot be cancelled and are not eligible to be combined with other items. If your special-order item meets our free shipping qualification you will be offered free shipping otherwise shipping is payable
