New Website Info
We plan to launch our new site in the next week or so, when we do so some things will not transfer across and in order to make sure that you have access to all your orders etc I wanted to explain what will change and what you will need to do.
1) OLD ORDERS
We will continue to have access to all the outstanding orders on our side, but as our web service is changing when you go to your "account" section on the new site your older orders will not be visible as these do not transfer over.
WE SUGGEST DOWNLOADING OR PRINTING YOUR ORDERS SOONER RATHER THAN LATER
Older orders will still be fulfilled as normal and may still be viewable if you use the "SHOP" app. For a period of 6 months (until Jan 2023) any order shipped will get an email from our old service that its on its way.
2) REWARDS POINTS
Your Loot Cave Reward points will be transferred to our new site with the same rewards being offered. As we are changing to a new rewards program provider they need to manually enter your points for us. This will mean you will not see points balances as correct upon the launch of our new site, but you will get them all back within a few days.
3) LOGIN AND PASSWORD
Your login information will be transferred to our new site, HOWEVER YOUR PASSWORD WILL NOT, This means that upon the launch of our new site you will need to reset your password to continue to login. We do request you do this to ensure your rewards points are assigned to the correct account.
4) WEBSITE NAVIGATION
Our new website while being designed to match the layout you are familiar with is more a menu driven site, this means finding what you are after is a matter of clicking through the menus. The new site of course has search to find exactly what it is you are looking for. We are really proud of the new site and hope you like it too.
5) CONTACT OPTIONS
Once the new site launches, we will no longer have a live chat feature on our website. We ask that if you need to contact us you do so via the contact us form on the new site, via Facebook or Instagram messenger (links can be found at the bottom of this email)
