Policy Upates: Accounts Required to Check out

As of today 16/03/2022 when you check out on Loot Cave you will be required to sign up for an account.

This change has been made for a number of reasons the main being that we are preparing to launch a new rewards program and this program requires that all purchases be linked to an account.

The other upsides of having an account are:

All your orders in one place for easy management
subscribe and unsubscribe to updates with ease
easily find order numbers when making an enquiry
manage and view your rewards balance

Also as of today please note that when checking out on our store you will be required to provide a phone number. This is due to the fact that our shipping partners require a number so that they can update you. This will also assist you if there are issues with your delivery as searching for your delivery by phone number is easier for our partners
