Updates to Shipping (01/02/2022)

We have implemented a new more efficient system for calculating shipping rates.
The choices you have still remain however they might be slightly different depending on where you live.

Effective 01/02/2022

Metro Options
1) Couriers Please
2) Australia Post
These options will appear for addresses in the following areas:
Canberra, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne, Geelong,Peninsula, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Townsville, Adelaide, Adelaide Hills and Perth

NOTE: COURIERS PLEASE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS, YOU MUST CHOOSE AUSTRALIA POST TO HAVE YOUR ORDER DELIVERED TO THESE ADDRESSES.
If a PO Box or Parcel Locker address is entered at checkout and Couriers Please is selected, you will be contacted and offered the choice of either having the parcel sent to a Parcel Point address or to your physical address. Due to the nature of how our system works we are unable to add shipping fees after an order is finalised.

Regional Options
1) Australia Post
2) Australia Post Express
These options will appear for all addresses located in areas NOT listed above.
Express post is ONLY offered to these locations due to the remoteness of the locations and the extra time it usually takes for parcels to arrive. You have the option to upgrade to Express to ensure a faster delivery of your order.,

By removing Couriers Please as an option for areas where they do not deliver we hope we have removed some confusion when it comes to how your order will be delivered.
