Imports by their nature are a costly exercise, we strive to keep prices low and have priced based on the cost of securing the import and getting it to our warehouse in Australia. The nature of an item coming such a long distance is an increased risk of transit damage. We always hope that this does not occur but it is down to how the international merchant chooses to pack the items. In the event of minor box damage your order will proceed as planned. In the event of major damage we will offer a full refund. Import orders are final and can not be cancelled or altered.
